The details that follow explain returns, exchanges, and refunds for eligible purchases.
Return eligibility
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products and also accept exchanges. A request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging, labels, and supplied accessories.
Non-defective returns may include a change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong item. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products may also be reported.
How returns work
Returns are completed by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item without authorization. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
Send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation of the request. For damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing contents, include clear photographs or video of the item and packaging.
Refund timing
After approval, the refund is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
